At Syster Jewellery we want to ensure we have taken the hassle away from the returns process, as such we are thrilled to offer a hassle free UK returns service. We also offer a full 14 day return or exchange policy if you aren't totally satisfied.
UK Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order with us under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, but to make life easy, you can simply return or exchange items you order by letting us know within 14 days of receipt.
Please note all full price purchases must be returned within 14 days.
Please Note:Due to hygiene reasons all earrings are non refundable.
UK Returns
We offer subsidised returns for all customers in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail for our returns. The cost for a return is £1.95, which is processed when you complete your return with us. Please follow the on screen instructions to successfully submit your return.
Click and collect orders: Please note orders using this delivery method must be returned 14 days from the day you are notified of delivery to your chosen store.
If you need to return a faulty item, please contact our customer service team directly and they can arrange your return for you.

International Returns Policy
Our international returns are processed using the same system / carrier as you received your order with. (Usually DPD or DHL).
Subsidied International Returns
We are pleased to offer a subsidised returns process for international customers, for which customers are asked to contribute a £20 payment towards any international return. International returns are possible up to 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
We process returns as quickly as we can, until we receive your return, the item(s) and their condition remain your responsibility. Please note returns can take up to 10 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.
Syster Jewellery will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. For hygienic purposes, returns/exchanges on earrings cannot be accepted. All items purchased on the Syster Jewellery website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange and item for a different colour or size. Please follow the returns process above and indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour on form.
Please also indicate the colour/size you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning in the same column.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
If you need your exchange in a hurry, we suggest you place a new order and send back the wrong size/colour for refund.
